Job Description

About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Automation Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output manufacturing environment. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill maintenance role—we’re looking for someone who lives inside the PLC , speaks ladder logic fluently, and keeps automated systems humming like a finely tuned engine.

If you can troubleshoot an HMI before your first cup of coffee and are just as comfortable reprogramming a line as you are replacing a gearbox, you’re our kind of tech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and optimize complex automated systems including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and servo-driven equipment.
  • Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC platforms—primarily Allen Bradley and Siemens .
  • Support electrical and mechanical maintenance for production lines, robotics, and packaging systems.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to maximize uptime and reduce manual processes.
  • Maintain and update documentation, schematics, and PLC code libraries.
  • Execute preventative and predictive maintenance plans for all automation systems.
  • Assist in integration of new machinery and control systems throughout the facility.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience with a strong emphasis on automation and PLCs.
  • Proficiency with Allen Bradley, Siemens , or equivalent automation platforms.
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems up to 480V , sensors, actuators, and control hardware.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and P&IDs .
  • Familiarity with industrial networking protocols and diagnostic software tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to work independently or as part of a high-performing team.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as production demands.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have, Not Required):

  • Associate's Degree or Technical Certificate in Automation, Electrical Technology, or Industrial Maintenance.
  • Experience with SCADA systems, robotics, motion control , or system integration.
  • Familiarity with precision sensors, calibration tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Background in hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting and repair.
  • Capable of working with both high and low voltage electrical systems.

Ready to Power the Future of Automation?

If you're the kind of technician who gets fired up by solving problems most people don’t even understand—and you take pride in keeping high-performance systems dialed in and running at full tilt—this is your shot.

We’re not just looking for someone to keep things from breaking. We’re looking for someone who makes things better. Someone who owns the line, owns the code, and owns the results.

Think you’ve got what it takes? Apply now and let’s talk. This is your chance to join a team that values skill, hustle, and precision—and rewards the people who bring it every day.
