Responsibilities
* Coordinate plumbing tasks according to priorities and plans
* Communicate with Project Superintendents regarding schedules and changes
* Produce daily work schedules and monitor crew attendance
* Allocate general and daily responsibilities
* Supervise crews and workforce to ensure task completion
* Work with management to ensure adequate manpower and resources
* Follow and enforce all safety precautions and quality standards
* Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
* Monitor expenditure and cost
* Problem resolution
* Quality Control / Quality Assurance
* Plan Redlines / Markups
* Report on progress to managers
* Manager weekly labor payroll (piece pay) * Labor Recruiting
