Job Description

Currently partnered with a Mechanical contractor that specializes in Mission Critical, Industrial and Commercial projects. They have a large backlog of work stretching past 2030 and currently looking for experienced Project Managers to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience and a background of working on large mechanical projects in heavy construction, Mission critical. A strong background in HVAC and plumbing - will also be comfortable scheduling and running the project to ensure project is completed on-time and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other construction personnel
• Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
• Reviewing and approving contract documentation
• Maintain and managing accurate records of job site activities, including daily reports, time cards, and material deliveries
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and engineers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Knowledge of Plumbing and/or HVAC systems
• Experience managing large scale complex commercial projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction and engineering plans and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
