• Lead day-to-day production of custom composite millwork, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Supervise and optimize the full manufacturing process—from raw materials to shipment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and logistics teams to align production with customer demand.
• Track open orders and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and equipment maintenance are always top priority.
• Oversee labeling, packaging, receiving, and outbound logistics.
• Maintain a transparent, visible production schedule that keeps everyone informed and on target.
• Own the preventative maintenance plan and act as the go-to liaison for machine vendors.
• Champion continuous improvement and uphold the highest manufacturing standards.
