Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager with a strong background in the insurance domain , preferably with experience in a consulting firm or AI/BFSI product-based company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing delivery of strategic projects , coordinating with cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore) , and ensuring timely execution and alignment with client goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale projects in the insurance space
• Manage project/program scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risks
• Liaise with client stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure business alignment
• Coordinate with offshore delivery teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Work closely with technical and business teams to drive execution and quality
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure compliance with company and industry best practices and frameworks (Agile, PMP, etc.)
• Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, or AI adoption in project execution

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of overall experience, with at least 8+ years in project/program management
• Solid insurance domain knowledge
• Prior experience working in a consulting firm or AI-driven BFSI product-based company
• Proven experience managing offshore delivery teams and working in a global delivery model
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies – Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and on time.
• PMP / CSM / SAFe certifications are a plus
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
