Role: Project Manager

Location: East Hampton

Salary: $165K - $190K + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee luxury residential construction projects in the Hamptons, typically valued at $10M+. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in high-end, detail-driven environments and has the ability to manage complex projects from pre-construction through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects valued at $10M+, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee scheduling, subcontractor management, budgeting, and client communications.
• Conduct and review estimating activities including cost analysis, take-offs, bids, and proposals to ensure accurate and competitive project pricing.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and high-net-worth clients to achieve seamless project execution.
• Provide strong leadership to onsite teams and subcontractors while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
• Manage change orders, risk assessment, and problem resolution proactively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in luxury residential construction, ideally with projects valued at $10M+.
• Strong background in estimating and cost management.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage expectations in a high-pressure, detail-focused environment.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, local building codes, and permitting in the Hamptons or surrounding areas.
