Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Construction DSA Project Manager to direct and oversee complex builds from concept through completion. In this role, you’ll manage timelines, control costs, and allocate resources to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Duties:

• Project Execution & Oversight: Craft detailed execution strategies including budgets, timelines, and milestones. Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders, including clients, field teams, vendors, and officials.
• Design Review & Technical Input: Assess architectural and engineering documents to verify feasibility and accuracy. Provide hands-on technical insight and support across each phase.
• Quality Control: Set and maintain rigorous quality benchmarks. Conduct on-site checks and implement measures to ensure work meets all necessary guidelines and expectations.
• Regulatory Compliance & Site Safety: Guarantee all activities align with legal, safety, and environmental standards. Proactively manage risk through assessments and enforce safety procedures across job sites.
• Resource Allocation: Optimize use of labor, tools, and materials to maintain productivity and reduce waste. Manage workforce deployment and procurement needs.
• Progress Tracking & Communication: Deliver frequent updates to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain meticulous documentation of project changes, approvals, and key decisions.
• Issue Resolution: Identify bottlenecks and challenges early. Implement corrective actions to maintain momentum and avoid delays.

Required Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• DSA Projects background is a requirement
• Proficient in scheduling and project tracking software.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, competing priorities, and team collaboration.

Core Competencies:

• Construction Knowledge: Deep understanding of field operations, design standards, and building processes. Skilled in industry tools like AutoCAD or similar.
• Project Leadership: Experience juggling multiple projects and aligning resources for successful delivery.
• Quality & Detail Focus: Diligent about craftsmanship, documentation, and precision in execution.
• Regulatory Awareness: Informed on OSHA guidelines, municipal building codes, and labor regulations.
• DSA knowledge: must have 3-5 years of DSA project experience
