Our client is hiring an Assistant General Manager for one of their signature lifestyle center properties. The AGM will be responsible for assisting with property operations including budget development and management, capital expenditure planning, project and vendor management and staff supervision.
Will also respond to tenant needs, help maintain positive public relations with municipal and civic organizations, manage vacancies in marketable condition, coordinate delivery of premises to tenant and monitor tenant openings and closings.
Ideal candidate will understand the market and help to implement strategies to remain competitive through the development and implementation of marketing programs, advertising initiatives and property enhancements.
At least 3 years experience in retail property management and marketing, preferably at an enclosed mall, is required. Must also be a self-starter with strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
