Job Description

North Node Therapy is a licensed group practice serving clients in NY, NJ, and CT, with a focus on providing high-quality telehealth psychotherapy services. As we expand our practice, we remain committed to meeting the diverse needs of our community. Position: Fee-for-Service Clinician (Remote)

We are seeking a licensed, remote clinician to join our team on a fee-for-service basis. This role offers the chance to provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy for the clinician’s preferred population, including adolescents, adults, seniors, and LGBTQ+ clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and diagnose clients based on individual needs.
  • Provide weekly therapy to clients, tailored to their unique goals and requirements.
  • Maintain client records and complete all clinical documentation within the practice’s timelines.
  • Document all client communications and any communications on behalf of the client.
  • Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision.
  • Facilitate therapy groups and participate in community outreach as opportunities arise.
  • Continuously assess clients' needs and adjust availability as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned to support clients and the practice.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice in NY (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, limited permit, or licensed clinical psychologist).
  • Ability to work fully remotely with a secure, private workspace.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
