Ortho West —formerly Carrollton Orthopaedics— is seeking a PRN Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in our outpatient rehab clinic. We pride ourselves on delivering cutting-edge, patient-centered care while fostering a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Knowledge and understanding of all clinic policies/procedures, culture, and organizational structure.
• Ability to demonstrate superior clinical outcomes, patient customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Must have the ability to be mentored and receptive to training processes.
• Conveys a professional image and attitude.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to identify and implement components of the physical therapy process.
• Identify learning needs and teach patients and families.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals.

• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degree in physical therapy as evidenced by a college diploma.
• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Georgia.
• Open to active/pending state board licensures and those sitting for their board exam in the next six months.

This position requires a background check upon acceptance.
