Quality Control Inspector (Contract)

Location: Onsite

Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (may shift to 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Pay: $21 - $27/hr

Contract: 6 Months (possible extension)

About the Role:

We're hiring a Quality Control Inspector to perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of components and finished medical device products. This role is hands-on, requiring blueprint interpretation, use of inspection tools (e.g., Keyence, hand tools), and strict adherence to GMP/GDP standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform receiving and in-process inspections, including FAIs .

• Use blueprints, GD&T , and tools to inspect parts.

• Measure and interpret critical vs. non-critical dimensions .

• Complete documentation: DHRs, COCs, labels , and QMS entries .

• Verify drawings vs. actual parts, conduct line clearances .

• Escalate nonconformances and support quality team feedback.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GDP, GMP, ISO 13485 .

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' QA/QC experience (GMP/GDP required).

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Proficient with inspection tools and basic computer skills .

• Strong attention to detail , manual dexterity, and documentation accuracy.

• Clear written and verbal English communication skills .

• Able to work independently and in teams.

1. 30-minute phone screen

2. Onsite interview with drawing interpretation and measurement test
