Job Description

Real Estate Associate – Boutique Practice – Dallas

BCL Legal has partnered with a respected Dallas-based boutique law firm to recruit a real estate associate with strong transactional experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded attorney to join a close-knit team with deep expertise in real estate, finance, and business law.

The Opportunity:

This well-established firm advises a range of clients including developers, investors, lenders, and high-net-worth individuals on sophisticated real estate matters. The incoming associate will play a key role in handling transactions from start to finish, with direct client exposure and meaningful responsibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases (retail and industrial), easements, deeds, and related real estate documentation

- Conducting title and survey review, coordinating closings, and managing due diligence

- Supporting corporate structuring and governance for real estate entities (LLCs, partnerships, etc.)

- Collaborating with a highly experienced and collegial team

Candidate Requirements:

- 3–6 years of real estate transactional experience (flexible on level for the right candidate)

- Strong drafting skills and practical business sense

- Licensed in Texas or eligible to waive in

- Interest in working in a collaborative boutique environment with a hands-on approach

Why This Firm?

- Deep client relationships and steady deal flow

- Entrepreneurial environment with strong mentorship

- Real career growth potential without the bureaucracy of a larger firm

- Opportunity to work closely with partners on high-value transactions

If you are a driven associate looking to join a boutique firm that offers top-tier real estate work and a healthy work-life balance, we’d love to speak with you.
