About the Role We are seeking a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our in-house team. In this role, you will oversee the administrative duties associated with real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our clients. This is a full-time, in-office position, offering a competitive salary, bonus potential, and opportunities for professional growth. Compensation and Benefits • Salary: $43,700–$54,000 annually + bonus potential • PTO and paid holidays • Initial training (on- or off-site) • Opportunities for professional development in a collaborative, supportive environment Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks for home buyer and seller transactions, ensuring a smooth process from contract to close. • Communicate effectively with sales staff, title/escrow companies, lenders, appraisers, and contractors to facilitate timely closings. • Verify the accuracy of contracts and forms, secure necessary approvals, and distribute them to relevant parties. • Schedule and oversee inspections, appraisals, and monitor repair progress. • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders to keep them informed throughout the transaction. • Maintain up-to-date client information in the CRM system with precision and consistency. • Ensure compliance with brokerage requirements by meticulously tracking and submitting documentation. • Execute special projects as assigned by team leaders and maintain an organized office space. • Uphold brand integrity and professionalism in all communication channels. • Deliver exceptional customer service to build loyalty and satisfaction with every interaction.
