Tarvos Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Records Specialist for a contract opportunity in North San Antonio. This onsite role is ideal for someone eager to make an immediate impact while working alongside a collaborative and friendly team.
As the Records Specialist, you’ll serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, assisting students, staff, and visitors with inquiries related to academic records and transcripts. You’ll also collaborate regularly with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of records and student information.
The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, proven accuracy in data entry, and hands-on experience with Workday. Previous experience in a higher education setting is a plus but not required.
