Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team and play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will be skilled in full-cycle recruitment, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding successful hires. This person will partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
  • Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards, career pages, and social media platforms
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using diverse recruiting strategies and tools
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and candidates
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
  • Conduct reference checks and facilitate background screening processes
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on recruiting metrics and status to leadership
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Promote the company’s employer brand through networking and industry events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively
  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment and selection
  • Experience with social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)
