Job Description

LHH is partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing client in Miami, FL, to identify a talented and driven Recruiting Manager to lead their talent acquisition initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven background in full-cycle recruiting, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for building strong teams. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s recruitment function and may have the opportunity to build and lead a team of recruiters in the future.

This position requires an onsite presence in Miami with occasional travel (5–10%). Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. A highly competitive compensation package is offered, along with access to exciting company-wide events and a vibrant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure alignment on hiring strategies.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and campus recruitment.
  • Assist in researching and implementing a new applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate evaluations, including interviews, reference checks, and background verifications.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.
  • Represent the company at university career fairs and recruiting events to attract high-potential entry-level talent from leading institutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment; at least 2 years in a leadership or senior-level role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and modern talent acquisition best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in ATS platforms and recruiting technology tools.
  • Comfortable working primarily onsite in Miami, FL.
  • Willing to travel approximately 5–10% as needed for recruiting events.
