About the Role
Ariat is hiring for an experienced Store Manager to serve as the liaison between the store and the Corporate Retail Admin department. This role will be responsible for all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to, achieving sales plans, conducting hiring and training of all associates, managing and motivating their team, and ensuring customer service, inventory and visual standards are consistently achieved or exceeded.
