Position Overview:
As a Healthcare Specialist - Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting a Federal Agency by delivering compassionate and accurate responses to health-related inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to assist medical professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations by answering their questions via phone and providing tailored solutions. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), offering the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to health-related inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrators.
Process and document questions and responses accurately while following established policies and procedures.
Work independently while adhering to high standards of service quality.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a combination of education and experience in providing quality nursing care:

Registered Nurse (RN): 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field: 4+ years of relevant experience.
Associate's degree and/or certifications in a health-related field: 5+ years of relevant experience.
Additional Requirements:

Strong understanding of diseases, illnesses, and medical terminology.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proper grammar and syntax.
Proficiency with word processing tools and other computer applications.
Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines while working independently.
