Job Description

Job Title:  Sales and Operations Assistant

 

Overview:  Simple Concepts is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Assistant to support our client-facing roles and the Operations Manager. This role is integral to our team, with approximately 75% of the time spent collaborating with Client Engagement Managers, Creative Project Managers, and Video Producers, and the remaining 25% dedicated to assisting the Operations Manager with day-to-day tasks.

If we find the right candidate, we are open to this position being 3-4 days/week (25-30 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management:  Oversee and manage CRM records to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Client Interaction:  Participate in client calls to assist with quoting and SOW creation.
  • Quote and SOW Creation:  Develop quotes and statements of work (SOW) based on team members' notes.
  • Budget Reviews:  Assist team managers with reviewing client budgets.
  • Administrative Duties:  Handle various administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Inventory Tracking:  Maintain records of purchases and track inventory.
  • Operational Support:  Step in for the Operations Manager during vacations and other absences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:  Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience:  At least two years of related work experience.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Communication Skills:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excel Proficiency:  Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to prepare reports and inquiries using Pivot Tables.
  • Self-Motivation:  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bookkeeping:  Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting activities using QuickBooks Online.
  • Technical Skills:  Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or QuickBooks Online.

Position Details:

  • Employment Type:  Full-time, generally 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Unless otherwise agreed to.
  • Work Environment:  Primarily remote with in-office time required once or twice a week.
