LOCATION : Sherwood, OR

SALARY : $18 - $22 per hour

SCHEDULE : Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform administrative and sales support tasks to assist the sales team.
• Enter sales quotations and purchase orders accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and send customer correspondence.
• Set up production tickets for orders.
• Resolve customer requests, inquiries, and concerns efficiently.
• Source and acquire materials for resale from vendors.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and key company departments.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Education : High school diploma required.
• Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support or related field preferred.:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The position involves general office duties in a temperature-controlled environment. Candidates should be comfortable with light physical tasks like filing and document handling.
