Sales Associate:

Position Overview : As one of our Sales Associates (SA), you help generate revenue by building relationships with potential, new, and existing members. Your goal is to drive business through memberships, class packages, private training, equipment, and retail sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and sales skills, and a love for fitness. Brand Standards & Responsibilities

• Create new business internally through lead generation, member promotions, referrals, and the dissemination of guest passes
• Reach out to potential members by phone and set appointments for new business
• Promote specials to current and future guests
• Complete agreements and manage daily planner/leads
• Successfully attain personal revenue targets
• Tour potential members through the club while establishing a relationship and targeting prospective member’s needs and wants
• Effectively and professionally enroll guests using TITLE Boxing Club sales techniques and protocol
• Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility

Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and scheduling private training sessions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills and passion for helping others lead healthy and fit lives
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
• High school diploma/GED
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Ability to work up to 20 hours per week including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours per day

Group Fitness Coach:

Position Overview : A TITLE Boxing Club Coach is responsible for delivering a world-class experience. The position requires a strong ability to command, lead, and inspire others through a pre-designed workout. A TBC Coach must demonstrate a well-rounded knowledge of fitness and immerse themselves in the TITLE community & brand culture. About Title At TITLE Boxing Club, we believe in creating not only better boxers but better people. Our classes are centered around heavy bag-based boxing + strength training while empowering upwards of 40 participants to conquer their goals. We are on a mission to motivate, uplift, and ‘throw a punch at whatever life throws at us! Brand Standards & Responsibilities On-Brand Classes: Prepare for and deliver on-brand classes using our daily programming

• Connect and Engage: Arrive early and stay post-class to connect with our team, members, and first-shots
• Professional Development: Attend monthly staff meetings and development workshops
• Lead by Example: Work out alongside members during class to amplify the energy
• Team Player: Assist the front of the house with pre- and post-class responsibilities

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred
• Hold a nationally accredited fitness certification highly preferred (ACE, ACSM, Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, C.H.E.K, IFPA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, W.I.T.S.)
• Boxing enthusiast preferred; however not a ‘knock-out’ qualification
• 1-2+ years of group fitness experience preferred
• Deliver an energetic, motivating class
• Coach a minimum of 2-3 pre-designed TITLE workout classes per week
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

Compensation & Perks

• $35-$65
• Potential bonus structure(s) and ability to run personalized boxing and/or strength training sessions
