Now Hiring: Scheduler (Midtown Atlanta, GA)

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our growing team to support major capital projects in the Atlanta area. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Midtown Atlanta , offering a great work-life balance and the opportunity to be a part of high-impact infrastructure work.

Location & Schedule

  • 📍 Midtown Atlanta, GA (Local applicants only — must be within commuting distance to Midtown Atlanta).

  • 🏢 On-site Monday through Thursday

  • 🏡 Remote on Fridays

  • 🚗 Local candidates only (within driving distance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and update both summary-level and detailed project schedules.

  • Create task lists covering design, procurement, construction, and closeout phases.

  • Identify key milestones, long-lead procurement items, and critical approvals.

  • Establish logic and constraints based on stakeholder input.

  • Determine realistic durations based on manpower and production rates.

  • Assign and track resources (labor, material, and cost).

  • Evaluate critical path and near-critical path activity sequences.

  • Conduct site visits to assess and track progress.

  • Identify schedule changes and provide trend analysis.

  • Recommend corrective actions and recovery plans in response to delays.

  • Review contractor-prepared schedules and provide feedback.

  • Prepare post-construction as-built schedules and document lessons learned.

Qualifications

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Construction Management , or related field.

  • 5+ years of scheduling experience on capital projects .

  • 🛠 Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required .

  • ⚡ Background in the energy sector is preferred but not required.

  • 🗣 Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • 🧠 Analytical thinker with excellent decision-making capabilities.
