How you will make an impact:  

As a Security Guard with St. Mark Village, you are responsible for guarding our community against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry. You will respond immediately to all 911 calls and direct emergency personnel while maintaining crowd control, while also maintaining effective logs and reports to detail events. In addition to keeping our community safe, you will also assist with general maintenance tasks, including minor repair problems such as plumbing, electrical work, gardening, or painting. 

What you will need:  

• High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to Residents and team members.
• Class D Security License is highly desirable.
