Job Description

14+ Month W2 Contract (No C2C/No Visa or Student Sponsorship)

Local Tampa candidates highly preferred (Will require onsite for PI Planning)

Pay up to $69/hr. W2.

Program Manager - Security (Technical)

We are looking for a Digital Security Program Manager (with Scrum Master comforts) to join our Cyber Security Team supporting a leading global biotechnology company. You will be responsible for leading and delivering digital projects that enhance the efficiency, quality, and agility of our supply chain operations. You will also facilitate the agile development process and ensure the alignment of the team's goals, priorities, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of digital security focused projects, from initiation to closure, using waterfall and agile methodologies and tools (depending on project focus).
  • Define the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, in collaboration with the stakeholders and the team.
  • Partner with leadership and project controls team to maintain the project artifacts, this includes – Project plan, budget, schedule, and risk register, and communicate the project status and progress to the stakeholders and the team.
  • Be a proactive partner to the program and Org unit as a thought and action leader.
  • Coordinate and facilitate scrum ceremonies as benefit to the team (internal and partner), such as sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
  • Coach and mentor the team on agile principles and practices, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments and resolve conflicts that may affect the team's performance and delivery.
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of the project deliverables, and adhere to the company's policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Familiarity with IT Security domain principles, including IAM & MFA, DLP, Cloud Security, M365 Security, app development, AI, GenAI, SDLC methodology, etc.
  • Experience using project management tools, including Jira, Jira Cloud (preferred), SmartSheet, Microsoft Project, etc.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex and high-impact digital projects, using agile methodologies and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM and MFA implementation programs at scale.
  • Familiar with supply chain processes and systems, and the ability to understand the business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for digital innovation.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • PMP, CSM (5.1 – 6.0), SAFe Certification, and/or experience with Program Increment (PI) Planning

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $60.00/Hr - USD $69.00/Hr.
