Senior Events and Association Coordinator
About Us
At E3 Association Partners, we get to serve a wide variety of associations that play an important role in their industries. We pair our experience in association management with innovation, strategic planning, and a focus on growing and maintaining associations. We enable our associations to provide unmatched member experiences. From member management, to accounting, to branding, to technology, our associations are equipped with the tools they need to stand apart and thrive.
In today’s fast-paced world, good and meaningful connections can be hard to come by and that’s why we need an experienced event and marketing talent on our team to engage closely with our clients to make their events come to life, showcase their brand through social media, and form deep relationships with their members.
Are you a fit?
You have been in your career for at least three years at this point and you are eager to take on a new challenge. Ideally you have enough experience in the events space to know what terms like “BEO” and “attrition” mean without having to have ChatGPT tell you, but more importantly, you are a self-starter. You are excellent with building and maintaining relationships, but have a results-driven mindset. You are detail oriented and tackle projects with a great deal of care. You aren’t afraid of numbers and making an event or project budget is already in your skill set. You don’t wait around to be told what to do and you’re always finding new ways to bring value to the team. You are a “jack of all trades” and enjoy the fact that no day will look exactly the same.
You are energized by the opportunity to be part of a growing business and team. You thrive in an autonomous environment. You are innovative and creative and you enjoy coming up with new solutions.
In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for a real estate client as well as team support for a dental client. Previous knowledge or experience related to the commercial real estate or dental industry is not necessary. In this role, you will report to the Account Managers for these clients and will work closely with the larger team. You will also form a solid relationship with the Board of Directors for both clients.
This is a challenging and rewarding position that provides the opportunity to grow your skillset and be a part of a great team.
