Senior FP&A Analyst

Work Schedule: 3 Days On-Site

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a high-performing finance team. This role is critical in providing financial insights, strategic analysis, and decision support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis, business modeling, and financial reporting, with the ability to drive meaningful impact within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support long-term planning initiatives, including capital allocation and investment analysis.
  • Assist in board and investor reporting by preparing presentations and financial summaries.
  • Continuously improve financial processes, reporting, and analytical tools to enhance efficiency and insight.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis .
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
  • Experience in business partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex financial data in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Must be able to work on-site 3 days per week.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $120K – $145K
  • Target Bonus: 10% – 15%
