Position: Senior Interior Designer

Location: Nashville, TN

Work Schedule: Flexible Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Assess client and project needs, evaluate and document design direction, and create inspiring spaces that enhance user experience.
• Play a key role in small to medium-sized projects, contributing creative and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop cohesive design solutions.
• Conduct design research, develop space planning concepts, and prepare plans, renderings, and material selections.
• Maintain and organize the interior design resource library, order samples, and prepare finish boards.
• Assist with finish and color selection, interior spatial design, and document coordination from schematic design through construction documentation.
• Compile construction documents, including material specifications, furniture specifications, millwork details, and interior finishes.
• Coordinate drawings with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• NCIDQ certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional interior design experience.
• Previous experience in commercial, hospitality, institutional, or corporate design within an architectural or design firm is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
