Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Social Media to lead and evolve our brand’s presence across digital channels. This individual will play a key role in shaping our social media strategy, while aligning marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement,, and business growth. This role combines social media leadership with relevant nd unique content development, requiring both creative and analytical strengths.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Leadership

  • Own the development and execution of a comprehensive, multi-platform social media strategy (/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Oversee day-to-day management of all social channels, ensuring consistent brand voice, timely content delivery, and real-time engagement
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure strategic alignment and assistance bring various lines of business ideas to life.
  • Monitor social trends and competitor activity; identify opportunities for brand relevance and growth
  • Lead social media reporting, KPIs, and performance analysis with data-driven recommendations

Content & Campaign Development

  • Responsible for producing compelling content that drives engagement and conversion. This includes articles, posts, interviews, infographics and videos.
  • Ensure all creative assets are optimized for platform, audience, and objectives
  • Support key company initiatives including product launches, events, partnerships, and thought leadership

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and report on social media KPIs, marketing performance, and ROI
  • Leverage tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) to monitor trends, engagement, and user behavior
  • A/B test content and platform approaches to optimize performance and resource allocation
  • Work with marketing partners to implement their paid media strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably within consumer brands
  • 2+ years in a leadership or senior management role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)

Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven success managing large social media accounts and integrated campaigns
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills; digital design proficiency a plus
  • Excellent people management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and performance measurement tools
