The Role

As Senior Project Manager , you’ll oversee high-impact projects across transportation, land development, and utilities. From kickoff to ribbon-cutting, you’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure compliance with safety and quality, and act as the primary client liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and guide all project phases: planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out for civil infrastructure projects (roadways, utility systems, drainage, pump stations).
• Mentor junior PMs, superintendents, and field staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Spearhead subcontractor coordination, client relations, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead safety-first jobsite planning and execution in alignment with the client’s stringent standards.
• Monitor costs and progress: manage forecasts, pay apps, change orders, and project reporting.
• Solve complex logistics, phasing, traffic control, permitting with confidence and precision.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of heavy civil project management (transportation, utilities, land development) with Civil/Environmental/Construction fundamentals.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget, with outstanding safety and client satisfaction.
• Leadership ability, team mentor, collaborative communicator, and decision-maker.
• Strong financial acumen: forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
• Experience with public-sector construction management, utilities, and heavy civil disciplines.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
