We are seeking a Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager to join our high-performance Hospitality / Retail team . This is a pivotal hire for us, offering a fast-track leadership opportunity for a driven architectural professional looking to make an impact.

Locations Hiring: Irvine, San Diego, Bay Area, Phoenix, Las Vegas (*Must be living locally to one)

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Manager/SR. PM managing design through construction phases, projects,
• Lead the architectural design and project delivery process across all phases – from conceptual design through construction administration.
• Manage client relationships, ensure project objectives and deadlines are met, and maintain design integrity and quality standards.
• Direct and mentor junior staff, delegating tasks and overseeing documentation, detailing, and coordination with consultants.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to manage project budgets, timelines, and approvals.
• Serve as a key point of contact for client presentations and jurisdictional reviews.

Project Experience Requried, (Any/all):

• Hospitality and/or Retail, Grocery Stores, supermarkets, or food retail design is a plus

Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of experience in architectural projects as a Project Manager, including client-facing responsibilities
• 6+ years of exp. working on recent Hospitality and/or Retail, Retail Rollout, and/or Grocery projects.
• BS in Architecture and/or MS in Architecture
• Architectural license in California preferred (or actively pursuing licensure)
• Strong technical knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and permitting processes
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and project management tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
