GENERAL PURPOSE: The Sr. Real Estate Analyst, Leasing is responsible for developing and maintaining complex cash flow models, assisting with the annual budget and monthly forecast process, preparing financial reports, and working on ad hoc projects/analyses. The position works closely with the leasing team, asset management, property management, construction and development teams.
