Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to play a pivotal role in our organization. This position will focus on interfacing with hiring managers to fill engineering and other technical roles, while also building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment and will be responsible for developing innovative sourcing strategies and generating leads for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Collaboration :
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for engineering and technical roles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends and candidate availability.
  • Candidate Sourcing :
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with qualified technical professionals.
  • Recruitment Process Management :
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Lead Generation :
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging candidate relationships and market insights.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to align recruitment efforts with organizational growth objectives.
  • Performance Tracking :
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical recruitment experience, with a focus on engineering and technical roles.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and job requirements in engineering and rewalted fields.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a staffing agency or EOR environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of engineering disciplines and industry standards.
  • Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to candidate sourcing.
