Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a unique opportunity in a stunning Alaskan setting? Icy Strait Point is seeking a Ship Settlement Coordinator to facilitate financial transactions and settlements with cruise lines, ensuring smooth operations during our busy cruise season.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the go-to contact for cruise line representatives on ship days.
• Reconcile ticket sales, manifests, and revenue reports to ensure accuracy.
• Process payments and prepare settlement invoices for visiting cruise lines.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain meticulous financial records and contribute to end-of-season reports.
