Logistics isn’t just about movement — it’s about momentum. As the Shipping and Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead over 30 personnel across a multi-site warehouse operation, including finished goods facilities and a large raw materials distribution site. Your mission is to stabilize, modernize, and inspire. You’ll guide experienced teams through critical system upgrades, new procedures, and operational growth — all while keeping the human connection at the center of change.
Oversee daily operations across 8 warehouse locations (7 finished goods, 1 raw materials), managing more than 30 team members across various shifts and functions.
Drive adoption of new systems and workflows , including the rollout of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring team buy-in and hands-on support throughout implementation.
Coach, mentor, and influence a team that includes many long-tenured employees — helping shift mindsets, build trust, and embrace change.
Collaborate across shifts with site-based supervisors to ensure seamless execution, consistent standards, and 24/7 operational alignment.
Own warehouse KPIs for shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and safety, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and throughput.

You’ve managed large teams in complex logistics environments and understand that results come from relationships, not just rules.
