Job Title: Social Media Assistant

Location: Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid: In-office Tuesday–Thursday; Remote Monday & Friday)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, EST business hours

About the Role

We are a leading logistics and technology company seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to support our growing digital presence. This role is essential to executing our content strategy, engaging with our online community, and supporting key marketing initiatives including product launches and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Pipeline Management
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to develop engaging content. Draft video scripts, infographic concepts, and contribute to the creative process.
• Content Scheduling & Publishing outline
• Manage and publish content across social media platforms using Sprinklr, ensuring alignment with the content calendar and brand guidelines.
• Community Engagement & Monitoring
• Monitor real-time social conversations, respond to comments and inquiries, and proactively engage with new audiences. Use Brandwatch to track trends and brand mentions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media management or coordination
• Proficiency in Sprinklr, Brandwatch, and Figma
• Strong written communication and grammar skills
• Experience managing content calendars and digital asset systems

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Background in tech or logistics industries
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting
• Proven ability to initiate conversations and build online communities organically
