Spare parts business operations:
1. Spare parts inventory monitoring: Monitor the Inventory Turnover Rate (ITO) of local central warehouses and service store inventory, cooperate with HQ to make the safety inventory plan of spare parts, analyze the aging inventory and make the cleaning plan accordingly.
2. Spare parts inventory stocktaking: Conduct the regular inventory stocktaking to ensure the matching of records and physical inventory.
3. Discrepancy management: Cooperate with HQ and service partners to deal with the discrepancy and other abnormal issues.
Spare parts fulfillment:
1. Spare parts order (for repair purpose) management and fulfillment: Ensure timely delivery of spare parts orders and achieve spare parts delivery targets such as order execution rate, order fulfillment rate, and timely delivery rate, to ensure timely fulfillment of customer (2B and 2C) spare parts needs.
2. Spare Parts sales fulfillment: Manage the spare parts sales prices, product listing, and information maintenance on official online sales channels to ensure timely delivery of spare parts sales orders for both 2B and 2C customers.
3. Spare parts planning management: Understand the spare parts planning rules and regulations, cooperate with HQ to make and optimize the region spare parts planning based on the historical materials consumption data and forecast models.
Business Optimization:
1. Improvement of spare parts management: Conduct in-depth analysis based on the business performance, actively assist in improving and optimizing the system and internal operation processes.
Job Requirements:
1. More than 1 year of experience in spare parts management, with experience in spare parts fulfillment, planning, spare parts warehouse network structure, proficient in using SAP and WMS systems;
2. Good sense of the data/order accuracy and completeness, be familiar with Excel, be able to use functions to create complex reports, and analyze the spare parts management issues;
3. Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, able to locate the issues quickly and solve the problems as well;
4. Teamwork, excellent communication and coordination skills, and can efficiently collaborate with multiple departments such as Call Center, Logistics and repair service partners.
