SR. ART DIRECTOR
We’re looking for a Senior Art Director who’s ready to bring both strategic thinking and exceptional craft to our in-house team. We need someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and knows how
to transform ideas into visually impactful work that elevates our brand in the competitive CPG space.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leads Visual Concepting & Design Execution: Drive the development of compelling creative solutions for campaigns and brand initiatives, transforming insights into innovative visual narratives across multiple channels.
• Project & Team Guidance: Oversees day-to-day design work, while collaborating with writers, photographers and videographers to ensure high-quality creative output.
• Brand Consistency & Innovation: Maintains a deep understanding of brand guidelines while pushing for fresh, modern visual expressions that keep the brand evolving across digital, print and experiential platforms.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and the broader creative team to ensure cohesive storytelling and seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAITS
• Brings 5+ years of experience delivering standout creative work across digital, social and print channels.
• Possesses a diverse portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and polished design across multiple touchpoints.
• Demonstrates expert-level skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with a sharp eye for detail and craft.
• Thinks strategically and creatively, taking ideas from concept through to beautifully executed design and production.
• Manages multiple projects and priorities effectively, thriving under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicates clearly and collaborates well, with solid design sensibilities and a deep understanding of how composition, hierarchy, color and typography work together to tell a compelling story.
• Understands social platforms and knows how to create visuals that drive engagement and conversation.
• Works independently with curiosity and initiative, diving deep into the nuances of a single brand to deliver consistent, on brand creative solutions.
• Brings strong presentation skills and a collaborative spirit, contributing positively to team dynamics and creative problem-solving.
• Experience in CPG advertising and packaging design is a plus .
