Job Description

Consumer products leader is seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst – Revenue and Pricing to join their team. This person will be responsible for driving revenue and profitability via strategic pricing analysis, forecasting, profitability assessments, and providing actionable insights to the Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. This is a hybrid role based in the Boston area.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts.
• Conduct numerous variance analyses.
• Develop and maintain pricing models.
• Analyze customer and product profitability
• Provide support for new product launches.
• Develop dashboards and KPI's to track revenue performance and margin trends.

Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, and/or business management.
• 4-7 years experience in FP&A, revenue management, and/or similar roles preferably in a consumer products and/or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial planning tools.
• Understanding of pricing strategies, margin analysis, and profitability modeling.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, and ability to work cross-functionally.
