Strategy and Transactions (S&T) – Valuation Modeling & Economics (Corporate Real Estate) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1579465) , Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, New York, NY.  

Work with clients to address their most complex corporate real estate (CRE) issues and challenges by advising on strategic, operational, and analytical matters. Apply expertise to assist clients with strategic and / or operational corporate real estate issues, while working with practice leadership and client management to deliver innovative solutions. Apply knowledge related to core CRE consulting disciplines - including CRE operating model and organizational design, service delivery and outsourcing analysis, CRE support for M&A / Divestiture transactions (pre-deal due diligence, integration support, and separation support), portfolio, workplace, and occupancy strategy, and CRE IT / digital workplace strategy. Support business development and drive delivery of strategic projects for a large client or set of clients. 

Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Information Systems, Statistics, Management, Engineering, Architecture, Hospitality or a related field plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Information Systems, Statistics, Management, Engineering, Architecture, Hospitality or a related field plus 3 years of related work experience. 

Must have 3 years of experience supporting business development and delivery of strategic projects to clients in the field of corporate real estate, management consulting, workplace consulting, or corporate real estate technology consulting. 

Must have 3 years of experience in at least one or a combination of any of the following:  
- Corporate Real Estate operating model and organizational design, service delivery and outsourcing analysis; 
- Corporate Real Estate support for M&A and/or Divestiture transactions (pre-deal due diligence, integration support, and separation support), portfolio, workplace, and occupancy strategy; and/or 
- Corporate Real estate IT and/or digital workplace strategy.

Must have 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. 

Must have 2 years of experience supporting project management activities, including one or a combination of any of the following: resource planning, schedule development, engagement pricing, and/or budget management.

Must have 2 years of experience leading and mentoring teams of at least 2 people. 

Requires travel of up to 75%, of which 25% may be international, to serve client needs.
