Job Title: Survey Project Manager

Location: Phoenix or Mesa, AZ

Duration: Full Time

Years of Experience: 10+ Yrs.

Required Hours/Week: 40hrs./Week

Job Description:

• The end-client is looking for a skilled Survey Project Manager to lead and oversee surveying projects from their office.
• This position offers the opportunity to manage high-impact projects and play a vital role in their continued success and commitment to excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing land surveying projects from proposal through completion.
• Developing project scopes, preparing cost proposals, and negotiating contracts.
• Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supervising, mentoring, and supporting survey team members.
• Ensuring quality control and compliance with regulatory standards.

What End-client is Looking For:

• Licensed as a Registered Land Surveyor in Arizona.
• At least 10 years of professional land surveying experience, including business development.
• Strong knowledge of Public Land Survey System, ALTA/NSPS standards, and Arizona-specific boundary survey and municipal requirements.
• Proficient in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

• Licensed as a Registered Land Surveyor in Arizona
• Public Land Survey System (PLSS) Knowledge
• ALTA/NSPS Standards Knowledge
• Arizona-specific Boundary Survey and Municipal Requirements Knowledge
