Job Description

Our client, a luxury watch brand, is hiring a temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their team onsite in NYC. This is a temporary position that will start as soon as possible and continue for at least three months.

Job Duties Include:

  • Perform data entry and ensure information on repairs, client information, and billing is accurate
  • Assist with preparation of admin paperwork for service repairs, including estimate approvals and invoices
  • Assist in coordinating appointments
  • Provide coverage for reception desk as needed
  • Additional administrative duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

  • Customer service experience
  • Luxury experience preferred
  • Admin and data entry experience
  • Comfortable in a client facing role

Salary: $21/hr
