Join Our Team as a Territory Sales Trainer!

Are you passionate about helping others succeed? Do you excel in a coaching role? We’re looking for a Territory Sales Trainer to join our team and make a significant impact!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Training New Reps: You will lead the onboarding for new 1099 sales managers and representatives, teaching and demonstrating consultative selling techniques, our company’s value proposition, and objection handling through role-playing and hands-on coaching.
• Field Training (85%): You will get out in the field side-by-side with new sales managers and reps. Conduct weekly call clinics and create exciting incentives to boost prospecting activity. You'll be their go-to guide for achieving success!
• Classroom Training: You will deliver engaging classroom training using company-approved content. Expect to lead interactive exercises and provide real-time feedback to get new hires up to speed.
• Ongoing Support: You will support unit managers by setting clear activity goals, conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, and celebrating their successes. Help them navigate our leads management system (CRM) and stay on track.
• Team Player: You will play a vital role in our core team by supporting public sector needs, new broker reps, product rollouts, and national events. You will act as a crucial link between field sales and our Home Office

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: We’re seeking someone with a strong background in business-to-business sales who possess a proven ability to close deals, and experience in training and developing others.
• Skills: Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills are essential. You should be comfortable with frequent travel (up to 75% of the time) and possess strong communication skills.
• Licensing: You will need to obtain an insurance license within 45 days. We’ll support you through the process!
