Job Title: Theater Instructor
Location: The Garden Foundation
Schedule: 45 minutes, 1-2x per week

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, patient, and energetic Theater Instructor to lead a 45-minute class one to two times per week on Wednesdays and/or Fridays. This role is perfect for someone who loves acting and all things theater, believes in inclusion, and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults with disabilities.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and lead a fun, engaging, and adaptive theater class one to two times a week

• Create a safe, encouraging environment where all participants feel successful and included

• Modify lessons to accommodate various abilities

• Build confidence and connection through positive reinforcement

• Collaborate with staff to ensure class flow and participant needs are met

Who You Are:

• Experienced in theater arts (certifications a plus but not required)

• Comfortable working with individuals of all abilities!

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and inclusive in your teaching approach

• Dependable and committed to showing up consistently

• Passionate about making a difference in your community

Compensation:
$50.00 per hour
