What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Generate leads through cold calling, social media outreach, and online sales
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team as the business scales
• Identify new business opportunities and key markets to expand reach
• Create and implement sales funnels and conversion strategies to optimize customer acquisition
• Utilize CRM tools and analytics to track performance and refine strategies
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company goals
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors
• Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in e-commerce and consumer products
• Experience in high-ticket sales, lead generation, and scaling sales operations
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision
• Experience using CRM tools, sales automation, and social selling techniques
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to build and scale a sales operation
