Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including inventory control, order fulfillment, staff management, and ensuring that all safety regulations and company policies are adhered to. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of warehouse operations, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations: Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Ensure that operations run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, manage stock rotations, and ensure inventory is stored correctly. Perform regular inventory counts and address discrepancies.

Management Software: Entering data into CRM for inventory tracking, order management, and quality control

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies. Implement safety training, conduct regular safety audits, and maintain a safe working environment.

Logistics & Shipping Coordination: Work closely with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping and receiving operations. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage inbound and outbound deliveries.

Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes and workflows to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resources. Implement best practices and use technology to improve performance.

Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, shipping times, inventory turnover, and labor productivity. Provide regular reports to senior management on warehouse performance.

Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the warehouse budget. Monitor costs and implement cost-saving initiatives where possible.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role in logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

• Skills & Competencies:

o Strong leadership and team management skills.

o Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

o Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.

o Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to [50] pounds, stand, walk, and be physically active throughout the day.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

• Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse machinery.

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.

• Bilingual strongly preferred

• Valid driver's license- mandatory

• Clean driving record- mandatory

• Able to pass a background check
