Job Description

We are search for currently looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager for our client, a small, family-owned business that values respect, hard work, and integrity.

About the Role:

As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the Service Department and Warehouse. You will manage the Scheduler, Project Coordinator, and Installation Team to ensure that all projects are efficiently scheduled and resources are allocated effectively. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing product shipping, offloading, and storage in a dynamic and complex industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and mentor team members, fostering growth and accountability.
  • Utilize industry-specific software and MS Office to manage operations effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across various formats (verbal and written).
  • Maintain a calm and solution-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate self-awareness and emotional maturity as a self-starter.
  • Learn quickly and adapt to on-the-job challenges.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse management is highly advantageous.
