X Ray Tech

Full Time Position

The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated X-Ray Tech to join our surgical team. In this role, you’ll operate fluoroscopy (C-arms) in both orthopedic surgery and interventional pain procedures, working closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure accurate imaging and safe, efficient workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate fluoroscopy equipment (C-arms) during surgical and pain management procedures
  • Capture diagnostic-quality images to support physicians in clinical decision-making
  • Apply and uphold strict radiation safety standards for patients and staff
  • Collaborate with the surgical team in preparing procedure rooms, trays, and patients using sterile technique and universal precautions
  • Assist with patient positioning, verification checklists, and “Time Out” processes
  • Maintain patient comfort and communication during procedures when appropriate
  • Support OR workflow by assisting with non-imaging tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program (required)
  • ARRT certified or registry eligible (required)
  • Current BLS certification (required)
  • 1–3 years of experience in surgical imaging or pain management (preferred, but we are open to training motivated candidates)
  • Solid knowledge of radiation safety, infection control, and sterile field protocols
  • Strong adaptability, teamwork, and communication skills in a fast-paced clinical setting
