Job Description

Position: Assembly - temp to hire opportunity!

Wage: $18 – $20 per hour; based on experience

Shift: 1st shift; Part time (2-3 days per week); Monday – Friday, 7am-3:30pm; flexible days

Assembler Responsibilities:

• Accurately assemble or sub-assemble components according to detailed specifications.
• Use basic hand tools to securely fasten parts together.
• Conduct routine quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations throughout the assembly process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.

Assembler Requirements:

• Previous experience in assembly or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
