Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Behavior Analytics and Mitigation Consultant for an opportunity with a client located in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential vulnerabilities and threats
• Create and implement plans to reduce or prevent losses
• Design infrastructure to reduce the risk of injury and save lives
• Prepare for potential regulatory actions
  
• Provide training and support to staff on mitigation procedures
• Review and monitor plans to ensure effectiveness
• Help facilitate safety training's and implement response plans
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Requirements:

• Recent experience in Behavior Analytics and Mitigation
• M365 Purview (Defender) to build policies and for investigations
• Splunk and Splunk SOAR to develop playbooks
• Proofpoint Email DLP (developing use cases or policies)
• Tanium, Netskope or Exabeam
• Duration: Contract to 12/31/25 - can extend
• Pay Rate: $40-$52/hr.+ depending on experience
• Must be US Citizen who can work 40 hours per week
