POSITION SUMMARY

Cardone Ventures is seeking an experienced and strategic Data Integration Manager to

lead the architecture, execution, and evolution of our data integration efforts across all

business systems. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end integration of internal and

third-party platforms to ensure reliable, real-time, and scalable data pipelines that drive

decision-making and business efficiency. This leadership role requires a hands-on

technical expert who can also manage a growing team, align data operations with

company goals, and continuously improve our data infrastructure.

OBJECTIVES

• Design and implement the overall data integration strategy aligned with business needs
• Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists, developers, and analysts
• Partner with key departments (IT, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Ops) to understand integration requirements
• Oversee and improve the performance of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
• Manage and scale integrations across tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google
• Workspace, and various SaaS platforms
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with security and privacy regulations
• Stay current with industry best practices and recommend emerging technologies for future implementation

COMPETENCIES

• Expert knowledge of data integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, Make.com, Workato)
• Deep experience with API management, ETL pipelines, and data architecture
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (Python, JavaScript), and cloud data platforms
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to see both the big picture and technical details
• Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication abilities
• Experience with enterprise software ecosystems and business process optimization

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
• Engineering, or a related field
• 5–7+ years of experience in data integration or engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Certifications in relevant integration tools, project management, or cloud platforms are highly desirable
